Characteristics
A well-balanced wine with notes of yellow fruit and a beautiful minerality. Extended ageing in tanks brings added complexity.Best enjoyed with fish quenelles and shellfish.

Chablis Le Paradis
Characteristics
Le Paradis is our old vine (planted in 1953). This cuvée reflects its heritage, traditionally aged in oak barrels to develop a subtle woody character. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or at the end of a meal with a fine cheese.

Chablis Premier Cru Vaucopin
Characteristics
Produced on one of the best-exposed slopes in the Chablis vineyard, this wine displays a clear, luminous color. The nose is rich in aromas and minerality. Ideal for pairing with white meats or foie gras. A wine suitable for ageing.
