Domaine Jacquinot – Family Heritage
Since the 1960s, Domaine Jacquinot has been producing some of the finest wines of Chablis, combining traditional winemaking methods with modern techniques.Jean-Pierre and Agnès Jacquinot led the estate from 1985 to 2025, a period during which they developed and strengthened the family heritage.In May 2025, the management of the estate was passed on to Sylvain Jacquinot. Today, he proudly continues the legacy of his father Jean-Pierre, his aunt Agnès, and his grandfather Roland Jacquinot.
Agnès Jacquinot was for many years the heart and soul of hospitality at Domaine Jacquinot. By Jean-Pierre’s side from 1985 until her final days, she left a lasting impression on generations of visitors through her strong character and authenticity.A woman of great personality, she welcomed guests with honesty, passion, and generosity, creating a unique and sincere experience for each visitor.She passed away in 2016, yet she remains remembered as the person who contributed most to making the estate a vibrant and welcoming place—one visited as much for its wines as for the human connection.
