Chablis Le Paradis

Characteristics

Le Paradis is our old vine (planted in 1953). This cuvée reflects its heritage, traditionally aged in oak barrels to develop a subtle woody character. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or at the end of a meal with a fine cheese.

Produced on one of the best-exposed slopes in the Chablis vineyard, this wine displays a clear, luminous color. The nose is rich in aromas and minerality. Ideal for pairing with white meats or foie gras. A wine suitable for ageing.
